Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Majors Pro at majors.pro (“the Platform”). By creating an account or participating in any pool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or 19 where applicable under local law) to create an account and use Majors Pro.
- You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping it up to date.
A Free Skill-Based Pool Platform
Majors Pro pools are free to join. Players draft golfers and compete on a live leaderboard based on the statistical performance of real professional golfers, which reflects participants’ knowledge, research, and skill in drafting their teams. Majors Pro is not a gambling or betting platform, does not run paid contests, and does not collect, hold, or distribute money between participants.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or participate on behalf of another person.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
Pool Hosts
- Joining a pool is free. Hosts pay a one-time platform fee per tournament to run their pool (live scoring, auto-substitution, the leaderboard, and related tools).
- The platform fee is charged through a third-party payment processor. Majors Pro does not store your full card or bank account numbers.
- Hosts are responsible for ensuring their pool rules are communicated clearly to participants.
- Any prizes are set and awarded by the host directly, outside Majors Pro. Majors Pro does not collect, hold, or distribute prize money between participants.
- Platform fees are non-refundable once a tournament is activated.
Prizes
- Majors Pro runs the scoring and the live leaderboard. It does not require, collect, hold, or distribute any prize money.
- If a host chooses to offer prizes, the host decides on those prizes and awards them directly to participants, outside Majors Pro.
- Majors Pro is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any prize arrangement or dispute between a host and participants.
- In the event of a tournament cancellation or suspension, pools are settled based on the official tournament result as declared by the governing body.
Picks and Scoring
- Team scores are calculated using live scoring data from professional golf tournaments.
- Scoring is based on each golfer’s official total-to-par score.
- Majors Pro is not responsible for errors or delays in third-party scoring data.
- If a golfer withdraws, is disqualified, or misses the cut after picks are locked, the golfer stays on the team. Their completed rounds still count, and each round they do not play adds a fixed penalty to their score.
- Ties are broken by the closest prediction of the winner’s final score, then a tier-by-tier face-off, then an even split.
Prohibited Conduct
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate scoring, leaderboards, or pool results
- Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and removal from any pool.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of scoring data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majors Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived.
Account Closure
- Users may close their accounts at any time.
- You can stop participating in any pool and remove yourself from Majors Pro whenever you choose.
